Durchgehend hohe Vermietungsstände von rund 95%, die solide Eigenkapitalunterlegung von durchschnittlich 50% unseres Immobilienbestandes, sinkende Zinsaufwendungen für variabel verzinsliche Darlehen sowie hohe Tilgungsleistungen waren und sind die Grundlage für diese Stabilität auch in unsicheren Zeiten.
Auch das Geschäftsjahr 2011 war sehr erfolgreich, wenngleich wir nicht alle unsere Ziele erreicht haben.

In den Jahren 2012 und 2013 stehen insgesamt rund 62% der Finanzverbindlichkeiten des Konzerns zur Neuverhandlung der Zinskonditionen an, in den Assoziierten Unternehmen sind es rund 75%.
