Dementsprechend aktiviert der Konzern das Leasingobjekt zum niedrigeren Wert aus beizulegendem Zeitwert und Barwert der Mindestleasingraten und schreibt den Leasinggegenstand in der Folge über die geschätzte Nutzungsdauer oder die kürzere Vertragslaufzeit ab.
Zugleich wird eine entsprechende Verbindlichkeit angesetzt, die in der Folgezeit nach der Effektivzinsmethode getilgt und fortgeschrieben wird.
