Wirkung – Was bisher erreicht wurde 21 Polizeistationen in vier verschiedenen Provinzen wurden errichtet und voll ausgestattet.
In Verbindung mit verschiedenen Trainingsmaßnahmen konnten die Leistungsfähigkeit der lokalen Polizeikräfte erheblich gesteigert und die Arbeitsbedingungen verbessert werden.

www.giz.deAdäquate polizeifachliche Ausstattung sowie zahlreiche Trainings haben die Effektivität und Einsatzfähigkeit sowohl einzelner Einheiten als auch der Polizei als Institution insgesamt verbessert und die Loyalität und Motivation der Polizeikräfte gesteigert.
Durch den Neu- und Wiederaufbau von Polizeistationen sowie den Aufbau von Kommunikationsnetzen hat sich die Präsenz der Polizei auch in abgelegenen Regionen erhöht und ihre Einsatzfähigkeit verbessert.
Neu- oder Wiederaufbau und Ausstattung von Polizeischulen, Beratung bei der Ausarbeitung von Trainingsmodulen sowie spezifische Trainings für das Lehrpersonal haben das Ausbildungsniveau der Polizisten verbessert.
www.giz.deAn adequate standard of policing equipment and numerous training courses have enhanced the effectiveness and operational capabilities of specific individual units and of the police as an institution, which, in turn, has increased the loyalty and motivation of the police officers.
Police presence has been increased, even in remoter regions, and the operational capacity of police forces improved, due to the construction and rehabilitation of police stations and the development of radio communication networks.
Likewise, standards of professional training have improved following the building or renovation of police academies, and the supply of equipment for them, as well as the provision of advice on the development of training modules and courses for instructors.
