Im zweiten Band erstellen sie einen Jahresbericht ( 2009 / 2010 ) des Indikators und kommen zu dem Schluss, dass der Betrieb von Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlagen zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt ohne Förderung noch nicht wirtschaftlich sind.
