1. Kursdurchlauf ( 2013 - 2015 ) Aliki Tserkezoglou ist Ärztin und arbeitet bei einem ambulanten Palliativdienst in Spata, einer kleinen Stadt in der Nähe Athens.
Sie möchte dort einen „ Out of hours “ -Telefonservice einrichten , mit dem Ziel die Betreuung schwerstkranker und sterbender Menschen zu verbessern . Dieses Anliegen teilt sie mit den 20 Frauen und Männern aus 14 Ländern Europas , die Teilnehmer des 1. Kursdurchlaufs der Europäischen Akademie für Palliativversorgung sind .

The five men and fifteen women have a background in medicine, nursing, nurse-science, are social workers, managers or sociologists who dedicate their life’s work to the improvement of care for terminally ill and dying people.
