Aktuell leitet er SwissFIR ( Swiss Food Information Resource ) an der ETH , wo er sich kürzlich der Consumer Behaviour Gruppe angeschlossen hat .
Paolo ' s Hauptinteresse ist das Zusammenspiel von Ernährung, Gesundheit und physischer Aktivität, und folglich vertritt er überzeugt einen Paradigmawechsel in der Ernährungswissenschaft:
