Von 1993-2006 arbeitete sie als Projektmitarbeiterin und Referentin in der Bauwirtschaft , bei der BvS ( Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben ) und in der wohnungswirtschaftlichen Unternehmensberatung .
Von 2007-2010 war sie als Persönliche Ansprechpartnerin mit Fallmanagementaufgaben U 25 im Bereich SGB II bei der Bundesagentur für Arbeit tätig.
