The IBS Board of Management and the IBS Business Consulting GmbH management have already agreed with the profit and loss transfer agreement.
The agreement still needs approval of the Annual General Meeting ( Hauptversammlung ) of the IBS AG and the company meeting ( Gesellschafterversammlung ) of the IBS Business Consulting GmbH for its effectiveness.
This year ’ s Annual General Meeting will take place in Hoehr-Grenzhausen on 24th June 2011.
