Vectoring doubles data rates
With VDSL vectoring data rates can be increased from 50 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s.
This is the result of a first pilot project on vectoring, in which AVM participated with the FRITZ!Box models 7390 and 7360.

Multiple different devices could connect to each DSLAM simultaneously with rates of 100 Mbit/s downstream and 20 Mbit/s upstream.
AVM supported this live demonstration with FRITZ!Box 7490 and FRITZ!Box 7390, and was the only terminal equipment manufacturer with two different chipsets in its devices.
