German Finance Minister Dr. Franz-Josef Strauss, the Bavarian Finance Minister Dr. Konrad Pöhner and the Lord Mayor Dr. Hans-Jochen Vogel sign the consortium agreement for the construction and funding of the sports facilities and installations for the 1972 Olympic Games.
