Am aminoterminalen Ende befindet sich die extralluläre Region ( Aminosäuren 33-592 ), die aus der Ligandenbinderegion und der cysteinreichen Region ( 523-592 ) besteht.
Darauf folgt die transmembran-Region ( 593-840 ), die die Membran siebenmal kreutzt, und die intrazelluläre Region ( 841-1199 ).
