Zu den drei bestehenden Arcadia Hotels nimmt der österreichische Hotelbetreiber die beiden Hotels der Arcadia Gruppe in Limburg und Günzburg in sein Portfolio auf und betreibt damit bereits acht Hotels in Deutschland.
Beide Häuser werden unverändert unter der Arcadia-Marke geführt und bleiben auch unter neuem Eigentümer Teil der Arcadia-Gruppe.
Zum 1. September 2013 übernahm die Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG die Arcadia Hotels Limburg und Günzburg.
