Hochaufgelöste Plasma-Emissionsspektroskopie unter Nutzung eines Echelle Spektrographen
Am ISAS Dortmund wurde ein miniaturisiertes Plasma mit flüssiger Elektrode ( Liquid Electrode Dielectric Barrier Discharge, LE-DBD ) entwickelt, welches sich im Durchflussbetrieb betreiben lässt und nur ein geringes Probenvolumen benötigt.
Mit diesem System ist es möglich, in der flüssigen Elektrode gelöste Elemente mittels optischer Emissionsspektroskopie nachzuweisen.

At ISAS Dortmund a miniaturized plasma with a liquid electrode ( Liquid Electrode Dielectric Barrier Discharge, LE-DBD ) has been developed which can be operated in continous flow operation requiring only small sample volumes.
This system allows determination of chemical elements diluted in the liquid electrode using optical emission spectroscopy.
