www.alpendomicil.atAuf Betreiben von Dr. Lainer wurde 1886 die Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel für die damaligen Kurgäste eröffnet.
Noch heute kann man auf dieser wunderschönen Promenade ins Kötschachtal oder nach Bad Hofgastein spazieren.
Die sonnige und ruhige Lage der Umgebung des Hotels hat z.B. Siegmund Freud veranlasst, seinen Urlaub in seiner Villa ( der heutigen Villa Excelsior ) an diesem Platz zu verbringen.
www.holiday-service.atBecause of Dr. Lainer, the “ Kaiser Wilhelm promenade ” was built directly next to the hotel in 1886, especially for the cure guests.
This wonderful promenade is still opened today and you can use it for a nice walk to Bad Hofgastein or to the “Kötschachtal”.
The sunny and quiet location of the hotel, induced Siegmund Freud to make holidays in his nearby Villa (today Villa Excelsior).
