Zwei Initiativen zu lokaler und regionaler Wirtschafts- und Beschäftigungsförderung wurden mit der PACA-Methode ( Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantages ) in Noyamberyan und Wajk durchgeführt.
Darüber hinaus wurde mit der Industrie- und Handelskammer Gegharkunik ein Mikrofranchisingprodukt entwickelt.

Two initiatives on local and regional economic and employment promotion have been carried out in Noyamberyan and Vaik using the PACA ( Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantages ) method.
A micro-franchising product was also developed in collaboration with the Gegharkunik chamber of industry and commerce: its first outcome has been the establishment of internet cafés in rural communities in the Gegharkunik region.
