Seit Ende 2005 begleitet das Projekt den Reformprozess der chinesischen Personalverwaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsakademie ( China Training Centre for Senior Personnel Management Officials – CTCSPMO ).
CTCSPMO ist der Organisationsabteilung der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas ( KPCh ) zugeordnet und stellt eine der wichtigsten Institutionen für die Fortbildung hochrangiger Personalreferenten des öffentlichen Sektors und des Parteiapparats dar.
