Also habe ich mich von der physischen Erfahrung von Musik eher distanziert – aber ich wollte das wieder rückgängig machen.Dieser Prozess begann mit einem Song, dem Titel-Track von „This Is My Hand”, in dem Körperteile aufgezählt werden und welcher für mich ein Ritual der Selbstakzeptanz wurde.
Wir drehen gemeinsam mit Fans ein Instagram-Video dazu, was auch richtig Spaß macht, so dass es auch für andere ein Ritual wird.

So, I had dissociated from the physical experience of music, but I wanted to reclaim that, so this process began with a song, the title track “This Is My Hand”, which lists parts of the body, and became a ritual of self acceptance.
We’re making an Instagram video about it with fans, which is really fun too, so that it has become a ritual for others, which is exciting.
