Das Exoskelett Robo-Mate besteht aus einem anthropomorphen Rumpfmodul, das die Druckbelastung im Lendenbereich senkt und sich mit unterschiedlich komplexen Erweiterungen für Arme und Beine ausrüsten lässt.
Je nach Bedarf können diese Module passiv, teil- oder vollaktiv bzw. anthropomorph ausgeführt sein.
Darüber hinaus wird Robo-Mate für die optimale Steuerung des Produktionsprozesses mit Strichcodelesern, RFID-Datenerfassung (radio-frequency identification) oder anderen Systemen zur Werkstückerfassung sowie mit Head-up-Displays und Blickerkennung ausgerüstet.
