The purchase price is approximately EUR €110 million (£90 million).

Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Havant betreibt die Stellenbörse jobsite.co.uk und Marken wie CityJobs.com und eMedcareers.com. Jobsite wurde 1995 gegründet und hat 169 Mitarbeiter.
