Annette Messager zählt ohne Zweifel zu den wichtigsten Repräsentanten der französischen Gegenwartskunst.
Seit 2011 bereichert ihre zunächst in Paris, Moskau und Warschau gezeigte Installation Sous vent die Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Im Untergeschoss von K21 wird ihre Arbeit, die sich über 30 Meter erstreckt, in voller Größe zu besichtigen sein.

The installation Sous vent – which was shown initially in Paris, Moscow, and Warsaw – has been on view at the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen since 2011.
This work, which extends to a length of 30 meters, will be on display in its full extent on the lower level of the K21.
