Für alle Nutzergruppen gilt eine Standard-Quota von 1 GB, d.h. alle auf dem Mailserver zu einem Account gespeicherten E-Mails (Posteingang und sämtliche Unterordner) dürfen inclusive eventueller Attachments dieses Datenvolumen nicht überschreiten.
Sobald 95% des Limits erreicht sind, wird beim Einloggen in das Mailsystem (sowohl bei Nutzung des Webmail-Interface wie auch bei lokal installierten Clients wie z.B. Netscape, Mozilla oder Outlook) die Meldung "Alert:
