2.3 Neuer Gefahren- und Kostenübergang bei FOB, CFR und CIF
Mit den INCOTERMS 2010 beginnt neu die Gefahrentragung des Käufers in den Klauseln FOB, CFR und CIF erst, wenn die Ware an Bord des Schiffes abgesetzt wurde, nicht mehr – wie bisher – mit dem Passieren der Reling.
Gleichzeitig muss der Käufer ab diesem Zeitpunkt die entstehenden Kosten tragen.

Pursuant to INCOTERMS 2010, transfer of risks by the buyer now takes place under FOB, CFR and CIF, only when the goods have been loaded onto the ship, and not – as previously, once they cross the railing.
At the same time, the buyer must also bear any costs incurred after this moment.
